Return & Refund Policy
We strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for every customer.
All eligible items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. To be accepted for return, goods must be brand new, unused, unopened, and returned in their original factory packaging. Any signs of use, damage, or missing accessories will result in return rejection.
Gift cards, custom-personalized products, and items marked “Final Sale” are permanently non-refundable and non-returnable.
For customer-initiated returns due to personal preference, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We cover return shipping fees only for orders with defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
After receiving and inspecting your returned package, we will confirm the return status via email. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional processing time from your bank or payment provider.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, please submit a support request with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve your issue with a free replacement or full refund without extra charges.
